I have been studying technology for as long as I can remember and I now strive to help make technological experiences better for others in any way that I can. I have had formal training and a professional career in IT over the last 12 years and as a hobby for over 5 years before that. In this time I have owned my own business, contracted for some of the largest names in the IT world, and given back to my community through work in the public sector and volunteering. The projects I have worked on have taken me to every corner of the IT world and I have debugged code, created an in-house CMS, small electronics repair, end user support, physical and virtual server administration, SAN administration, router and switch configuration, infrastructure cabling, desktop virtualization, budgeting, project management, PCI compliance, HIPAA compliance, public record retention, Exchange administration, Windows Domain trusts, DNS configuration, and senior management. I am sure that I have left some things off the list but in general I pride myself in being able to do any task set before me.
